The good mood of this morning has crashed and burned. Not only did I manage to upset someone close to me before I got to work — and myself in the process — I arrived to hear news that my favorite co-worker has given notice.
I’m opening up comments and pings here again, but I will delete stupid shit if it starts showing up. Don’t test me, especially not today.

It’s awful to see people who are close to you leave work, especially when it’s because of the environment rather than because they’re moving or something. I’m glad you still have your direct employees, they are great people and it is a testment to your management skills as well.
