You know that phrase, “If I don’t laugh, I’ll cry”?
Yes.
One of my coworkers, with whom I’ve personally been through a lot over the last four years, announced that he is moving on to bigger and better things this summer. While I am excited for him, I’m quite saddened by the news.
One of my other coworkers, knowing I was dealing with some other difficult and sad stuff before I found out, has been busily sending me links to cheer me up, none of which I can post here because they’re just too gross. I work with great people.
I completed February’s challenge, attending Mass at Grace Cathedral on Good Friday. It was an overwhelming and beautiful two hours, but I was not moved to return to the Church. I’ll pick next month’s challenge by this Friday, so leave comments on the entry if you want to and haven’t already. (LiveJournal users, please note that I do not receive any comments you post on my syndicated entries there.)
Before I forget, if you want in on the Yahoo! 360° haps, let me know and I’ll slide you an invitation. (Thanks, Bill.)
Tomorrow morning I have my first therapy session in about two years. As can be expected, I am simultaneously looking forward to it and not.

That Yahoo 360 thing looks interesting. If you have a spare invite, I’d love one.
Okay, here’s a challenge for the next month: read War and Peace. Or another tome of your choice that you may have dreaded for years. (say, Ulysses…?)
If you have another 360 invite, I’d be interested. If other folks take priority, as a virtual stranger, I’ll understand.
thx
…
I thought this was exactly the kind of place one should post gross links. How else do they spread if not virally?
If you have spare Y!360 invites that you’re not going to use, I wouldn’t mind giving it a go, but do put me at the back of the list – I don’t really *know* you (just enjoy your blogging
, and it wouldn’t be to really *use*, just to review for PigPog (my web site, all about sharing creativity).
