I once went through a period of making "leonade". It's a lesser known beverage usually made exclusively by people born in August. Or of people born in August, I can't remember.

Re: Filing. I came up with a new system a few years ago that I adore. It's called 'boxes' and the categories are time. I usually used shoe boxes but you could get nice legit storage boxes for aesthetic effect. Each box gets a 6-month time period and all assorted papers that must be saved go in the box. Usually bills but also shopping receipts, instruction manuals, whatever. On the infrequent occasion that I actually need something out of one of the boxes, it's usually not hard to recollect which 6-month period it came from and then dig through. And then, old boxes can be moved under the bed and if you don't take it out for a year, toss the whole box. I used to sort all my papers by subject in a filing cabinet but I got sick of deciding on categories and then sorting through them to clean out old stuff. Your boxes could be 4- or 3-month size depending on your quantity of saving. These days, I don't get any mail or bills so the system is temporarily suspended. Hugs.

One of the things I've learned about keys going bad is you never realize how much you use a particular character until you can't have that one anymore :-)
