"Now What?", you ask. I can answer that.

Obama's number one priority needs to be to find a way, or ways, to bring *all* the people of this country together, and hopefully undo the damage caused by eight years of "If you're against me, you're with the terrorists!" type rhetoric. We've had near a decade now of "us versus them". We very badly need four years of just "us".

And I'm sorry to say this is not going to be easy. For while approximately 64 million of us voted for Barack Obama, approximately 58 million others did not. While he may have the electoral vote won by a considerable margin, and contrary to what the press is making it out to be, a 6 million vote difference out of 122 million votes cast in the popular vote is not really what I would call a "landslide" victory.
