(and still felt exhausted for another day or two) the one benefit was that by the end of it i realized i'd gone through all of the caffeine-withdrawl headaches already and have been off high amounts of caffeine ever since. silver linings and all, dontcha know. feel better soon. ... the flu hit me about two weeks ago. i slept for the better part of two and a half days.
