Our friends came to town for tomorrow’s Rock ‘n’ Roll half-marathon, and a big group of us went out to dinner at Bar Italia. Many liquids were imbibed, and many laughs were shared.

Start to finish, the day was one of the best in recent memory. I got to visit with some of my favourite folks and became very inspired by running and my life in Edinburgh all at once.
