Chaos-wrangling is one of my favourite things to do, especially in the context of libraries. Since 1996, I have been a member of library support staff in academic, public, and corporate libraries. In December 2012, I earned my MLIS from Wayne State University’s School of Library and Information Science. In addition to my master’s degree, I earned a graduate certificate in information management with a specialisation in web development. In July 2013, I was inducted into Beta Phi Mu, the international library and information studies honour society.
