The first two months in my new role as library director have flown by! We are about to hire two new managers, and once we get them on board I will be able to start doing just one job well instead of a bunch of jobs poorly. I’m really looking forward to that.
I haven’t finished a short story in ages, but I have just begun Margaret Atwood’s MasterClass in creative writing.
As always, I am attempting to learn (or brush up on) other languages with Duolingo. Right now I am focusing on Spanish with a goal of becoming fluent enough to help patrons at my library.
